Ukrainian, Polish presidents, Moldovan PM discuss prospects for stepping up trilateral dialogue
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko during an official visit to Moldova discussed at a meeting with Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski and Moldovan Prime Minister Iurie Leanca the topical issues of relations between the countries.
"Special attention was paid to topical issues of the Ukrainian-Moldovan-Polish relations, in particular the intensification of political dialogue at the highest level, as well as the development of trilateral cooperation," the Ukrainian president's press service reported.
Poroshenko praised the current state of the Ukrainian-Moldovan cooperation and noted that the implementation of the Association Agreement with the EU opens up new opportunities for Ukraine and Moldova to establish mutually beneficial cooperation.
The two sides discussed the matters of energy independence of Ukraine and Moldova, as well as the energy security of Europe.
