Verkhovna Rada Chairman Oleksandr Turchynov has predicted that a new Rada of the eighth convocation will gather in the parliamentary session hall on December 2.

"However, a working team dealing with preparations to the plenary session of the new parliament, as a competent authority, may shift the time frame of the parliament's work, but not later than by December 15," he said during the working group's meeting on Wednesday.
