Ukraine, Slovakia to hold joint government meeting in December – Poroshenko's spokesman
The presidents of Ukraine and Slovakia have agreed to hold a joint meeting of the two countries' governments, the press secretary of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, Sviatoslav Tseholko, has said.
"A joint meeting of the governments of Ukraine and Slovakia will be held in December," Tseholko wrote on Twitter after the meeting of Poroshenko with Slovak President Andrej Kiska.
Subsequently, Poroshenko said that a joint meeting of the governments would be held in order to lay the foundations to the inter-agency cooperation, which will help to work out mechanisms for bringing the Ukrainian legislation to European standards.
