Kyiv currently sees no need for fourth wave of mobilization
Ukraine currently has no need for a fourth wave of mobilization due to the situation in the eastern regions of the country, Andriy Lysenko, spokesman for the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), said.
"As to a fourth wave of mobilization, it is not planned yet. The situation in eastern Ukraine is under control and we have enough forces and resources to do more than restrain the terrorists' intentions to open fire on or attach some stronghold," he told a briefing in Kyiv on Monday.
Lysenko said the second and third defense lines are currently being reinforced and Ukrainian troops living conditions are now being improved. "For this need, there is currently no need for a fourth wave of mobilization,' Lysenko said.
