NSDC: Ceasefire regime still in effect in Donbas

The Minsk deal, including the ceasefire regime in east Ukraine, has not been called off, the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Information and Analytical Center has said.

"The protocol signed in Minsk on September 5 and the September 19 Minsk memorandum are still valid. So, the ceasefire regime is also in effect," NSDC Information and Analytical Center Spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday.

He added that Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko had ordered the "reinforcement of roadblocks with hardware and personnel."
