Foreign monitors in DPR, LPR elections will be declared personae non gratae - Kyiv
Foreign observers at the illegal elections in the territories of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics, uncontrolled by the Ukrainian authorities, will be declared personae non gratae, the Ukrainian Security Service said.
It said in a statement that massive abuses were committed against the local population during the elections.
"All this is unfolding under the cover of foreign pseudo-observers who have been or will be declared personae non gratae in Ukraine," the statement says.
Observers from Serbia, the Czech Republic, France, the United States, Greece, Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Russia were registered in eastern Ukraine, earlier reports said.
