Ukrainian Central Elections Commission: People's Front still ahead of Poroshenko Bloc
People's Front of Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has gained 22.16% of the vote in the Verkhovna Rada elections now that the Ukrainian Central Elections Commission has counted 98.21% of ballots. The Petro Poroshenko Bloc has received 21.82%.
Data posted on the interactive display at the Central Elections Commission's press center shows that Samopomich has gained 11% of the vote, the Opposition Bloc - 9.36%, the Radical Party - 7.45%, and Batkivschyna - 5.68%.
The other parties and blocs have failed to pass the 5% election threshold, to which the nationalist Svoboda party is close with 4.72% of the vote.
