Voter turnout 19.52% at 96 constituencies as of noon, says CEC
The voter turnout was 19.52% at noon, according to information from 96 constituencies, reads a posting on the Central Election Commission (CEC).
The highest turnout was registered in Kirovohrad region (25.51%), Sumy region (24.16%) and Cherkasy region (24.26%).
The lowest turnout was seen in Zakarpattia region (12.2%), Luhansk region (13.07%), Odesa region (13.22%) and Donetsk region (14.65%).
The election is being held in 198 constituencies.
The turnout does not influence the election outcome.
