Militants halt exchange of captives – NSDC

The National Security and Defense Council has said that illegal armed formations unilaterally have stopped to exchange prisoners.

"The terrorist groups unilaterally suspended process of exchange of prisoners. We report that Ukrainian inter-agency center for captives exchange continues its work, and doing its best to search persons, who have been captured by the illegal armed units and holding talks to resume the contacts," Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a press briefing on Tuesday.
