EU must help Ukraine to challenge winter problems – UK Foreign Secretary

The European Union must help Ukrainian people to overcome problems with energy sources supplies this winter, UK Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond reported.

We really must help Ukrainians to handle crisis linked to energy carrier supplies they may face this winter, Hammond said upon arrival to EU Foreign Affairs Council's meeting in Luxembourg.

He said that this meeting would consider the best ways to settle these issues.
