NSDC reports death of seven soldiers in eastern Ukraine over past 24 hours

Seven Ukrainian servicemen have been killed in the anti-terrorist operation area in eastern Ukraine over the past 24 hours, the country's National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) spokesman Andriy Lysenko has said.

"Seven of our servicemen have been killed in the past 24 hours," he said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.

Of them, six were killed as a result of mine explosions, he added.
