Ukraine must impose sanctions against Russia, says Yatseniuk

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said that Ukraine must impose sanctions against Russia.

"The whole package of sanctions is ready. I believe that Ukraine must introduce the sanctions," he said on the air of Shuster live political talk show on Friday night.

He said that the final decision to impose the sanctions should be taken by the National Security and Defense Council.

The prime minister recalled that the United States and the European Union had already launched the sanctions against Russia, and that their result would be tangible for the Russian economy.
