Official number of Donbas displaced persons reached 350,000 - Yatseniuk
The official number of displaced persons from the area of the anti-terrorist operations in the east of Ukraine is 350,000, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said.
"We already have 350,000 displaced persons. This is just the official number of displaced persons from the territory of the anti-terrorist operation," he said at a meeting with representatives of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations in Kyiv on Friday.
Yatseniuk noted that all internally displaced persons would be included in a special register and that the government had already taken a number of decisions to provide them with personal payments.
