Russia not willing to resolve conflict in east Ukraine - Yatseniuk
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said that Russia is not willing to resolve the conflict in the east of Ukraine.
"I can state the lack of willingness of the Russian side to resolve the conflict and fulfill the Minsk agreements. All is fine in words, but [their] deeds do not correspond to [their] words," he told reporters in Kyiv region on Tuesday.
