Ukrainian president dismisses Khmelnytsky regional governor
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has dismissed Leonid Prus from the post of the head of Khmelnytsky Region State Administration.
Relevant decree was posted on president's Web site on September 25.
Prus was appointed to this post in March 2014 by acting President Oleksandr Turchynov. From 2012, he headed the State Plant Quarantine Inspectorate in Khmelnytsky region. He ran for parliament in 2012, and was No. 174 on the UDAR party list.
