Slovak parliament ratifies EU-Ukraine Association Agreement – Ukrainian Foreign Ministry

The Slovak parliament with a unanimous vote on Wednesday ratified Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has reported.

"Today the Slovak parliament ratified the Association and FTA Agreement with EU. None of the deputies voted against!" the ministry wrote on Twitter.

As reported, as of September 16, five European countries – Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Malta – have already ratified the agreement.

The agreement will be applied in a full scale after the ratification by the national parliaments of all 28 EU member states.
