Ukrainian humanitarian aid has been delivered to Luhansk, National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko has said.
"Thanks to the implementation of the provisions of the Ukrainian president's peace plan, Ukrainian humanitarian assistance has currently been delivered to Luhansk, which is controlled by terrorists, through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross, observing all rules of this organization," he said at a briefing on Monday.
He said that almost 600 tonnes of humanitarian aid, including canned food, cereals, sugar, flour, and hygiene items, which are stored in warehouses in Starobilsk and Severodonetsk, would also be supplied to Luhansk.
