Almost 1,200 Ukrainian military, civilians released in eastern Ukraine - NSDC
Some 1,200 people have been released in the process of the implementation of the peace plan in eastern Ukraine, Andriy Lysenko, spokesman for the information center of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council, said at a briefing on Monday.
Twenty-eight Ukrainian troops were released in the past 24 hours, he said.
At the same time, according to Lysenko, two Ukrainian troops had been killed and another two had been wounded in the past 24 hours.
