Most of Russian troops withdraw from Ukrainian border - Poroshenko
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that most of the Russian troops have moved away from Ukraine's eastern border.
"According to the latest data, 70% of Russian troops have withdrawn behind the [Ukrainian-Russian] border and this gives more reason to hope that the peace initiatives have a future," the Ukrainian president said at a government meeting in Kyiv on Wednesday.
