Captives exchange to begin on September 6 - Poroshenko
Based on the agreements reached on a ceasefire in eastern Ukraine, exchange of captives will begin and a road map will be drafted in the framework of which a number of measures to de-escalate the situation will be held, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said.
"We plan to carry out prisoners exchanges in the near future, starting from tomorrow," the president said.
