A protocol on a ceasefire in the Donbas starting from 1800 on Friday has been signed at the talks involving representatives of Ukraine, the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics and the OSCE in Minsk.
Interfax-Ukraine learned this from sources close to the negotiations.
"The protocol consists of 14 clauses which include all the aspects of monitoring, the exchange of prisoners and other issues," the source said.
