The conflict in eastern Ukraine has taken about 2,593 lives since the middle of April, says a report of UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay published on Friday.
At least 2,593 people have died in Ukraine in the period from the middle of April through August 27, the report said.
It claimed that human rights violations, including abductions and tortures, were mostly committed by the armed groups fighting against the Ukrainian army.
