UN Security Council will meet over Ukraine

At Lithuania's request a meeting of the UN Security Council has been called to discuss the situation in Ukraine, spokesperson for the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry Rasa Jakilaitiene told BNS.

Jakilaitiene said that the meeting will start at 1400 New York time (2100 Kyiv time).

France's Office at the United Nations also said that UN Security Council would hold an extraordinary meeting on Ukraine on Thursday evening.
