Russia responsible for security of humanitarian aid convoy on area temporarily not controlled by Ukraine - NSDC
The Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) has said that the responsibility for the safe movement of a Russian humanitarian aid convoy through the territory in Donbas temporarily not controlled by Ukrainian troops rests solely with Russia.
"We emphasize that the responsibility for the safe movement of the Russian column through the territory that is temporarily not controlled by Ukrainian forces rests solely with the Russian Federation," NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a briefing on Friday.
