Ukrainian deputy PM, Dutch FM discuss restoration of infrastructure in east Ukraine
Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman and Dutch Foreign Minister Frans Timmermans on Thursday discussed the restoration of the infrastructure in eastern regions of Ukraine, the press service of the Ministry for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine has reported.
"The Netherlands is ready to assist in the restoration of Donbas at the bilateral level and at the level of cooperation within the EU and the UN," reads the report.
Timmermans also offered assistance in organizing the work in Ukraine of international experts in the field of restructuring of coalmines.
The sides expressed hope for a speedy recovery of the second phase of the search operation at the Boeing 777 crash site. Hroisman and Timmermans noted the high level of cooperation and common trust between the Netherlands and Ukraine.
