ICRC not decided on how to deliver humanitarian cargo to Ukraine
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has not decided yet how the Russian humanitarian cargo will be delivered to Ukraine, the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council said.
"As to the convoy, a decision on how it will be delivered will be made by the International Committee of the Red Cross. No decision has been made yet," Andriy Lysenko, spokesman for the information center of the National Security and Defense Council, told a briefing in Kyiv on Thursday.
