Instructions given to clear humanitarian aid in near future - National Security and Defense Council
All the necessary instructions have been issued to start the clearance of the Russian humanitarian cargo for the southeastern part of Ukraine, the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council has said.
"The Russian humanitarian cargo had not undergone border and customs clearance as of noon today. However, all the necessary instructions have been issued to start the cargo's clearance in the near future," National Security and Defense Council spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a briefing on Thursday.
