National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine has no confirmation of reports that a Russian convoy of armored vehicles has entered Luhansk.
"For the given moment we have no official confirmation from the reconnaissance service that this column exists," NSDC speaker Andriy Lysenko said at a briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday.
As earlier reported, the coordinator of the Information Resistance group, Dmytro Tymchuk, said forty armored vehicles from Russia broke into Luhansk on Tuesday to reinforce illegal armed units.
According to Tymchuk, "several dozen units of military equipment entered Luhansk outskirts, of which 40 were heavy armored vehicles."
