Ukraine sends almost 1,200 tonnes of humanitarian aid to eastern regions – State Emergency Service
From July 6 to August 19, 2014 Ukrainian rescuers delivered over 1,200 tonnes of food, 800 daily ration kits, 8,650 liters of water and 6,500 loaves of bread to the eastern part of the country, Ukrainian State Emergency Service reported.
Rescuers of the State Emergency Service are organizing the constant collection and delivery of humanitarian aid to delivery sites and will continue to do that until the full restoration of services in the towns liberated from the terrorists, the service said on its Web site on Wednesday.
