ICRC says Russia hasn't yet reported contents of its humanitarian aid for Donbas
Russia has notified the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) that the convoy of Russian trucks is approaching the border with Ukraine, but hasn't reported the contents of the cargo, according to the organization.
"We've been told by Russian authorities that an aid convoy is heading to #Ukraine border. We're not in charge of this convoy at the moment," ICRC wrote on Twitter.
"Important details still need to be clarified, like content & volume of aid. We're in touch with #Ukraine and Russian authorities about this," the organization tweeted.
