Ukrainian National Guard to get squadron of drones

The Ukrainian National Guard is setting up an operational squadron of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) as of this Monday, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said.

"We have decided along with National Guard Commander Stepan Poltorak: our research and trial teams on tactical drones are joining their efforts. As of this Monday, the National Guards will set up an operational squadron of unmanned aerial vehicles," he wrote on his Facebook page.

The minister also put out a picture of one of the base prototypes.
