At least five die as shell explodes near bus stop in east Ukraine city
A least five people were killed and another 10 injured as a shell exploded near a bus stop in Horlivka, eastern Ukraine, the city council said.
Part of the city center was left without electricity as a power substation was destroyed in the attack, the council said in a statement.
