Ukrainian govt commission sends preliminary report on Boeing crash to Netherlands
A Ukrainian ad hoc governmental commission investigating the crash of the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 in Donetsk region has sent its preliminary report to the Netherlands, the press service of the Ukrainian Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Ministry told Interfax.
"The commission has forwarded its preliminary report to the Netherlands," it said.
Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister and chief of the government commission investigating the crash Volodymyr Hroisman said on August 1 that the Ukrainian National Bureau for Civilian Aircraft Incident Investigations endorsed a preliminary report on the Boeing 777 crash in Donetsk region.
The Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in eastern Ukraine on July 17, killing all the 298 people aboard. Most of the casualties were nationals of the Netherlands.
