Two people were wounded in an attack on Penal Colony No. 28 in Torez, Donetsk region, Serhiy Starenky, the head of the Ukrainian State Penitentiary Service, said.
"Donetsk People's Republic terrorists opened mortar fire on Penal Colony No. 28 in Torez last night. A surveillance operator, a 22-year-old girl, was wounded. A convict was also wounded. They are receiving medical assistance. All convicts have been put in a bomb shelter on the territory of the establishment. No convicts have run away," Starenky said on Facebook on Monday.
