Some Ukrainian military units pulled away from Russian border - official
Some Ukrainian military units have been pulled out of the area close to the Russian border in the eastern part of the country, Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council spokesman Andriy Lysenko said.
"Some units that were deployed close to the Dovzhanske, Izvaryne, and Chervonopartyzansk checkpoints and were under constant artillery fire, including from Grad systems, have been pulled away to new and safe positions," Lysenko said at a press conference on Friday.
Ukrainian border guards have also registered the flight of a drone from Transdniestria in the area of the village of Zahnitkiv, the Kodyma district of the Odesa region, and the village of Studena, the Pischanka district of the Vinnytsia region, which has happened for the third time over the past several days, Lysenko said.
