Thirty civilians killed in fighting in Horlivka - city council
Thirty civilians have been killed and forty sustained fragmentation wounds in fighting in Horlivka, the Horlivka City Council has reported.
The early hours and the morning of July 31 were relatively calm in the city, the city council reported on Thursday.
The city's hospitals, initial medical and social assistance centers, blood transfusion stations, dental clinic, emergency service, and cancer and drug clinics, and mental health clinic are working.
At the same time, the settlements of Korolenko, Izotova, Besarabka, Kocheharka, and Shyroka Balka remain without power. The blackout at the water supply station has left residents without water of the settlements of the Lenin Mine, Besarabka, Mykytivka, Mines 6 and 7, and Quarter 99. Access to the damaged power lines is complicated because it is unsafe for mechanics to work there.
Public transport has been reduced in the city.
