An attempt was made to blow up a bridge in Kharkiv region on July 29, Kharkiv regional police chief Anatoliy Dmytriev said.
"There was an attempt to blow up a concrete bridge in the village of Hrushuvakha on July 29," he told the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, while listing recent attempts to carry out terrorist attacks in Kharkiv region.
The attempt to blow up the bridge was unsuccessful, an informed source told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Damage is very insignificant, this had no effect on the traffic on the bridge. Apparently, this was the work of a non-professional," the source said.
