Seven of the ten TV towers captured by illegal armed groups since the beginning of the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine have already been recaptured by Ukraine, reads a summary of the information and analytical center of the National Security and Defense Council, which was published on the Web site of the Donetsk Regional State Administration on Monday.

"In particular, yesterday the broadcasting of Ukrainian television channels was resumed in Lysychansk in Luhansk region," reads the summary.
