Rada suggests ban on military mobilization of men who are the only breadwinners
The Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada has registered a bill on military draft during mobilization and reserve duty training proposed by unaffiliated parliamentarian Yuriy Miroshnychenko, which would ban the mobilization of men who are the only breadwinners in their families, the Verkhovna Rada Web site reported on Tuesday.
