Verkhovna Rada approves Poroshenko's partial mobilization decree
The Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada has passed a bill endorsing the "Partial Mobilization" decree of President Petro Poroshenko by 232 votes.
The bill approved on Tuesday takes effect on the day of publication.
Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council Secretary Andriy Parubiy who introduced the bill said the third phase of partial mobilization "would mobilize extra 15 combat units and 44 combat support units."
