Yatseniuk: Kyiv has proof missile fired at Malaysia Airlines Boeing from militant-controlled territory
Ukraine has proof that members of illegal armed groups in southeastern Ukraine possess air defense missile launchers and there are photographs of a missile launch from the area under their control, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.
"We have photographs of a missile launch," the premier said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Monday.
He reaffirmed the Ukrainian army did not use surface-to-air missiles in its operation in the east.
"The Ukrainian Defense Ministry will provide complete information about the whereabouts of all air defense missiles," Yatseniuk said.
