Ukraine not considering martial law in east at the moment - official
The Ukrainian government is not considering martial law in the eastern part of the country, National Security and Defense Council spokesman Andriy Lysenko said.
"Martial law is not under consideration so far," Lysenko said at a news conference in Kyiv in reply to a relevant question.
