Three civilians killed, another 14 injured in Luhansk in past 24 hours - city council
Three local residents have been killed and 14 injured as a result of artillery attacks in Luhansk in the past 24 hours, the city council said on Monday.
"In all, 161 ambulance vehicles have been dispatched over the past 24 hours, 14 of them in response to gunshot wounds and injuries, three people have died. The injured persons with gunshot and fragment injuries have been taken to city hospitals, as well as a regional one," the council said in a statement.
The attacks caused partial damage to a school, a kindergarten and a number of residential buildings, according to the city council.
