Heletei: Ukrainian state flag hoisted above Siversk Town Hall

The Ukrainian state flag has been hoisted above the Siversk Town Hall in the Donetsk region, Ukrainian Defense Minister Valeriy Heletei told President Petro Poroshenko.

"The president was informed that the Ukrainian state flag had just been raised above the Town Hall of Siversk, Donetsk region, in the course of a military operation," the presidential press service said on Thursday evening.
