SBU starts criminal proceedings against head of Russian Border Service
Ukraine has launched criminal proceedings against the head of the Border Service of the Russian Federation, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Chief Valentyn Nalyvaichenko has said.
"Today, the Security Service of Ukraine ... has started criminal proceedings against the head of the Border Service of the Russian Federation. He also holds the office of the deputy director of the Federal Security Service of Russia," the SBU press center reported on Friday.
