Poroshenko appoints Klitschko head of Kyiv city administration - decree

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree appointing Vitali Klitschko as head of Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA).

The decree was posted on the Web site of the head of state on Wednesday.
