Poroshenko appoints Zubko first deputy head of presidential administration, Rafalsky as deputy head

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Hennadiy Zubko as first deputy head of the presidential administration and Oleh Rafalsky as deputy head of the presidential administration.

Decrees to that effect, No. 520/2014 and No. 521/2014, were signed on Tuesday, according to the Web site of the head of state.

Earlier, the president dismissed Rafalsky as deputy head of the presidential administration and Zubko as acting head of the State Affairs Department.
