Ukraine's border service says Russian troops being removed from border, but field camps remain in place
Ukraine's State Border Service has confirmed that Russian troops are being removed from the Ukrainian border, "but field camps remain in place."
"The State Border Service confirms that Russian troops' pullback has begun," Viktor Myshakovsky, the Personnel Department head in the State Border Service administration, said at a press briefing on Sunday.
He said, citing air intelligence, that field camps, control posts and life support systems remain in place in the border zone.
