Voter turnout at 17.07% in Luhansk region as of 1500 - CEC
Voter turnout was at 17.07% in the early presidential elections in Luhansk region as of 1700 on Sunday, the Central Election Commission said.
Voter turnout in Donetsk region rose to 10.78%, the commission said.
No information was released about how many district electoral commissions had provided reports by 1500.
In Kyiv, voter turnout was 32.57%.
With reports from 180 territorial electoral districts processed, overall voter turnout was 40.44% as of 1500, the Central Election Commission said.
