Militants of Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics hijack 15 CIT vehicles of PrivatBank
The militants of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics over the last two weeks hijacked 15 cash-in-transit vehicles (CIT cars) of Ukraine's largest bank PrivatBank (Dnipropetrovsk), the press service of the bank has said.
"Today none of the bank's CIT vehicles are operating in the regions - almost all of the vehicles were hijacked by militants. It is possible that these cars today are used by the militants of terrorist organizations for armed attacks on Ukrainian military men and civilians in Donetsk and Luhansk regions," reads the report.
The bank appeals to all residents of the region to report on the possible whereabouts of the stolen CIT vehicles with state numbers: these cars can be used by armed men to organize provocations and unrest in the region.
